Team Possible.
A WWF initiative for the global, concerned and ready to be active generation of 18-35 year olds, Team Possible showcases inspiring stories of real people taking action against nature’s decline.
We developed a format and mini-documentary series, following the inspiring individuals who are taking action for our planet. From the depths of the Brazilian rainforest to meet Bitaté Uru Eu Wau Wau in the Amazon, to the outer limits of space with astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti aboard the International Space Station.
Sitting alongside but also distinct from the iconic WWF brand, Team Possible needed a dynamic identity that embodies its core spirit of action and urgency. The distinctive flag logo, which calls young change-makers to wave and plant their own flag in the fight against nature loss across our planet.
We start our journey in Brazil, following Bitaté’s fight against deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest. The scale of the problem is worrying, but the Uru-Eu-Wau-Wau people who live here are defiant. Using innovative solutions to protect his community against illegal deforestation.
A hand-made aesthetic to represent the notion of a global community, the Team Possible flag represents the waving of a flag as a rallying symbol of defiance, unity and action.
The series continues with a rare perspective of our planet. Samantha Cristoforetti delivering her message from the International Space Station. Having spent almost a year in space, she shares what she’s learned from observing our planet and the effects we have on it, and if space travel is possible so is our mission as Team Possible.
